Accountable, Clear, and Efficient — Driving Better Product, Tech, and Design Alignment and Execution
To address inconsistencies between design expectations and final development outcomes, I introduced the Accountable Execution Framework — a structured process to align product, tech, and design teams. This framework enforces ownership, accountability, and precise execution to ensure the delivered product matches the intended design.

• Developer leads the process but is not the sole owner.
• For large and medium projects, the director of engineering, main developer, and reviewer must participate in reviews.
• Tech team to double-check for missing cases/states during or after handoff.
• Design and Product teams must address feedback/fixes if raised.
• Product provides the GTM strategy on the same day as the review.
• All test cases must be defined before the review. PRDs are now a standard requirement.
